Nip Am is a Danish insurance company. It was bought by crisina, which has now been sold to am. In the last round of funding, lead investors dropped out and left Nip Am with no money for new rounds. Now it's trying to raise funds again but needs more cash from its existing shareholders in order to stay afloat. But this time they're not going to be able to rely on their former partners as much....
