The Importance of Being Comfortable With Deadlines
The biggest thing when people are considering house and land packages is you have to be comfortable with knowing that deadlines change. The owner ock versus investor ratio very hard when it's a brand new suburb or brand new larger estate so but you can get a feel for what that might look like as to how easy it is to buy land in that area. You don't want to be in an estate that's got the other way around 70% investor and 30% owner ock because it's got disaster written.
