What Is a Quanum Computer?

A quanum computer is a computer built out of different little pieces. It uses quantum mechanical objects that have different properties. They can be zero, they can be one or they can be some combination of zero and one. These computers are just ways to manipulate physical objects to represent calculations That's what computer is, right?
