i don't know if it's a good idea for each individual person to pick a new project every two weeks, right? Like, so it's like, zoom out a little bit. What is the ideal end state that we are trying to get to? And in each sprint, can you define, like, the most important things in that sprint, and then aline everyone else around that? Some individuals may be more accountable or have more deliverables on their plate.
