Getting Your Homework Done in Seminary
When you get into these decision points to where you have to lead actual people and convince them of an actual thing, you have to have your homework done. So that's really where the point of testing comes. And so I guess my vision for some of that in the church is going to be in preparation for the office, but then it's beyond the office as well of the church. We just need to disentangle this process from making pastors in the local church.
