How to Make a New Year's Resolution Meaningful
When I was in college, I was super interested in why we do the things we do. And so being at Stanford and being able to study a science technology and society and psychology and sociology, that really allowed me to understand more of why we do what we do. Now I think I'll take any opportunity where people are motivated to change. If it is a 20 year high school reunion, if it's January 1st, doesn't matter. It's easy to make a small change in how you do things as opposed to this immense, hey, I really want to be jacked from my 20th reunion.
