Is China a Superman?

The reason China does these lockdowns is that it has never been able to produce a reliable vaccine. It apparently refuses to buy them on the open market from European or American producers. I mean, that's quite a striking finding when you think about the virus originating in China and that they have not yet found a way to stop it. We are still, despite all our problems, we do have that liberty.
