There's a couple other devices that are in boa or being talked about recently. The oculologic system specifically looks at iMotion and iMotion abnormalities to diagnose concussion. It seems less useful currently in the emergency department it does not evaluate for structural lesions or brain bleeds, more of a concussion piece. Blood testing device essentially looks for brain proteins that have been released in the blood after a TBI.
