The state board of governors can create an overseas five-year comprehensive post-tenure reviews that will include in addition to performance evaluations, undefined quote unquote other considerations. It creates onerous and time-consuming performance reviews whose metrics again include clear political goals such as the education for citizenship of the constitutional republic. Many of these provisions are rather vaguely worded and given the power that the administration is given under this law, it's not too far fast to say they can do pretty much anything they want with it.
