When i got in my forties, i got very sentimental about. previous bosses, past relationships,. people that were in your life. I would encourage you, please work on knowing what is your why. The more clearly you can define that, the less likely you're going to be that person in the forties that keeps moving the gol post theyo sayn oh, if i could just make this career achievement, then i'll be happy.
