Can We Do Anything About Inflationary Pressure Anyway?
When things came to a standstill, we still lost the same number of clients as during any normal period. But what we weren't able to do is back fill with new tenants because there weren't r any inquiries or people coming out and about. Once we got through culvid, it picked up very quickly. I may pretend to know something about economics every now and then, but it does seem odd that a 15 month recession won't reduce demand and therefore inflationry pressure anyway,. Whether you raise rates or not. And alternatively, the inflation repressures are all external that we can't do anything about. Which one is it? I no, it's not as simple as that.
