The Border Crisis in El Paso, Texas

Title 42, the public health crisis, was one of the last mechanisms we had to prevent from actually millions of people a year from coming in here and claiming asylum. The Biden administration, when they got in office, said, we're getting rid of that. So now basically without Title 42, it's open season. We have an open border.
