Introduction

Wilson: I did my PhD in robotics and that's not typically the path to being a mushroom farmer. We're looking at really fundamental like production side from the very get go of what are the inputs, turn those into the thing that it needs to be. And volume and quality. It's like maintaining quality, checking up the volume, making it much more accessible. So we're kind of one of the diagonals like effectively go from Whole Foods to Walmart with those kinds of mushrooms.
