How Far Can You Go in Your Outright Criticism of Russia Right Now?

I suppose what I'm in a sense striving to understand is how far you can go in your outright criticism of Russia right now. For example, do you think you could call for Ukraine and still reach that hesitant portion of the Russian population? Of course, if we explain to this Russian population that it's in its interests that Putin loses the war and that regime changes in Russia because the life of people in Russia will become worse and worse. That's what we are explaining to them. And during this terrible year, the life is becoming worse and worse and it will get even worse.
