NHS Pensions - Is There a Contingent Decision?

NHS pensions will write to all of those people that have a choice to make about things that have already happened. Will they then let you opt back in and pay all the back contributions because of that? We're not sure at the moment. There's a lot to think about but if you could just distill it down to one or two pieces of advice what would it be?
