Kilnet, a Thread Actor, Says It's Using a New Type of Attack
Kinet, a nominally hactavist thread actor, allined with and in all likelihood, controlled by the russian government. Kinet says it's going to strike a blow against loked martin on human tarian grounds. There have also been claims, so far unsubstantiated, that russia had developed a siber weapon capable of disrupting himars.
