The Definition of Prophets and Prophets

Dawud was given a book but no new shariya and dawud was anebi not rasul. In the hadith in mustim in mahmah the prophet sasam said kanadawud and nebi  and then the hadith goes on. These are examples that don't match with the definition that is given by a lot of rulama so therefore let us pause on this definition and now get to our final definition which is inshaAllah wa ta'ala.
