The Month of Ramaldan, Ramamalan Entering
According to the islamic calendar, the month of ramaldan cannot be more than 30 days. When it finishe on the thirtieth, can be the first of ramaban. So one of the ways to say that ramaban has entered is kamel shari shaban. The second way is what ro ilel, which is the siting of the crescent and sighting of the moon. After ulieti means ramavan is over when the crescent is also seen.
