i run a small business right now and you comeing to my place, it's like coming it's wide open, cause we're just all, we're were, it's very tight. And i've seen cultures like that. Not every group has a culture that brings those people together, actually brings them apart. If you create an embironent of participation that's healthy, that's transparent, then that's the defeat back that you gan get. Its not just about size, but it's about design.
