How Do You Get People to Join You on Camp?

We want to essentially get to the point where we can look at prevention and retention that addresses mobility. Bobby does the full gate analysis, and then i look at the movements that really work best for you based off that analysis. So when we do have a camp, you can sign up for that camp. Of course, like i said, with the run form drills, we actually do those specific drills in week for we start that in our programme. But individually, somebody can contact us individually, and we can work out a a plan with that person.
