The afghan national army was totally, completely unprepared. They don't even know how to wear the equipment. It requires telling them almost 30 times, don't do this. You're not ready. Halmi doesn't have a rifle right now. How is he ready? This is like having 26 kids that i have to watch after. I think if they introduced drug test into the afghan army, we would lose probably three quarters to maybe 80, 85 % of the army.
