Elder Candidacy Interviews - Are You Like-Minded?
In our elder candidacy process, we go through a series of interviews. Because it's not just like how much do you know about the thing, but also are you like minded? Yeah. And then really it comes down to a couple of things. First is constantly reading, being a self educator, being curious. So here's a book. We give our elders a book budget. Go buy books and it's hundreds of dollars. It's not a $20 your gift card of Barnes and Noble.
