The Flag and the Narrative, Right?
Sheare: I think that narratives and rituals can be so, so powerful in creating that environment. We finish every practice by saying, right, guys, grab somebody. Off you go. And we basically just walk up and down the court for three minutes or so,. Just having a chat about anything we want, or the topic that was discussed. There's a practical example of how to put people first - because we're never talking about possiblein in our usual walk. It's wonderful. Like, you pick a different person after every practice.
