Facebook and Communication of Decency Acts, Section 2 30 Is Not a License to Lies, Smear, Devastate Users

Facebook has, oh sorry, meta has overwhelming resources. And i've dealt with their quotoqote fact checkers before. They usually employ washed up or, you know, sort of journalists who don't want to work that hard any more. The second judge just got it pointed to the just gotonominated and confirmed to the ninth circuit last week. So we're probably going to be awaiting hearing in front of a third judge a to see what happens with this case.
