Barr's Defense of Mueller

Barr's testimony on the spine point this last week in the middle of all of this was very ill advised but I have a somewhat different take. Barr is not so much in this to defend Trump as he is in it to defend a view which I happen to disagree with about executive branch prerogatives and immunities. All kinds of collusion and conspiracy between the campaign and Wikileaks would still not amount to indictable offense because you can't conspire to not break the law.
