The credit worthiness here is going to be quite high because you have 33 billion dollars in equity ahead of you as a lender or 32 billion given the equity check Mr. Musk is writing along with the 7 billion we do believe he's raised most of the money for that equity check but Robert Frank has been tracking is pretty closely and indicates another 2 or 3 billion that he has to raise if you make sure on the math. McCormick: Yes, you have to think that he saw that the chances in the Delaware court weren't looking good for him. And certainly to the extent that we've been following things closely.
