Once this opinion becomes final, there would be no executive privilege basis at that point to resist a second sepina. Once you hold someone in criminal contempt, you're essentially done with them. You have no more mechanism for forcing them to comply. It's not a coercive punishment. They can't cure it. So theyve sort of, once they move forward, department justice can move forward prosecution. And another issue whether they will do that with meadows or not. But that thatsort of ends the committee's engagement with meadows.
