In 20 21, in the united kingdom, only four point three % of workers between 16 and 24 were members of a trade union. The damage to young people's security is a scandal, a global scandal. When we do justice with the labor market for young people, for women, for people of color, then i can tell you, unions are the only ones advocating for the laws that are inclusive of all.
