I love culture and arts. They're terrific. But maybe we should focus on having people eatin restaurants first so they can survive and not die from starvation, and getting kids back in not the blasio. Culture is another step towards o recovery for our city. We are lonching with a hundred and 15 street locations in all five borders. And i bring stations our neighborhoods and culture to the hearts of our neighbors. The essence of new york city has not been defeated by the corono virus, but will come back strong in 20 21. As you see the city come back to life, culture will lead the way.
