The Importance of Godliness

Paul writes of Timothy's sincere faith, a faith that dwells first in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice. And now I am sure it dwells in you. In verse six of our passage Paul says, seems to be referencing Timothy's family when he says that he should continue to be trained up in the words of faith and good doctrines they have followed.
