Chris Noggle: Money motivates people only to a certain level and then money no longer motivates them. Children are motivated by accomplishing goals, but not all goals. If you tell your child to clean their room, when will that room get cleaned? There's no definite time because you didn't put a definite time to them. When there is getting a goal done it usually will get done.
