The Importance of a No Bail Policy
Josh Campbell: Los Angeles has a no bail policy which just went back into effect this summer. Criminal justice advocates say that the reason is because bail policy in their view disproportionately affects people who are lower income. CNN's Paula Reed reports from Fulton County, Georgia about efforts to overturn 2020 election results. The death toll in Hawaii stands at 96, but that is expected to rise as officials try to firm up the number of people missing and unaccounted for.
