Environmental Activism and Challenges in Palestine

This chapter discusses the reasons behind Palestinian environmental activism, the impact of the occupation on the climate crisis in Palestine, and the challenges faced by environmental defenders. It explores the unequal water consumption, limitations on investigating and controlling information, threats, and restrictions imposed by Israeli authorities. The chapter concludes with a call to action for environmental movements outside of Palestine to address the environmental problems caused by the occupation.
