Thera recently announced that they would be raising prices for renewals. The company issued an inapt pop up, two paragraphs practically saying, ah, look here. They didn't ever emal anybody until the their forums exploded with fury and outrage. Perhaps they could do an ama. Woul jasisely wishi wots with it. I don't even know.
