PLG Strategy - Delivering the Thing at the Right Time
I really like how you highlighted the importance of delivering the thing, whatever the thing is, at the time that's necessary. That to me is one of the things that gets me most excited about this evolution. And I think there's a lot of really interesting ways to pair a PLG strategy at all the data that you're collecting out customers with really smart and personalized interactions. The goal is to use product to improve the customer experience and be able to scale as an organization.
