Catherine's wilderness years wouldn't last forever, because another royal match was in the pipeline for her. Henry VII turned to his former brother-in-law, the dashing young prince Henry. It actually starts out as a very romantic story, at least in the young Henry's eyes. He likes to rescue this damsel in distress, and so I think he quite likes the idea of the marriage.
