The Mueller Report on the Trump Tower Moscow
The obstruction section of the report was filled with breadcrumbs toward the conclusion that Trump probably did commit obstruction of justice and it was just premature to say that out loud as he found that fascinating. There's a footnote discussion that's not redacted in 1278 that talks about the office considered but ruled out charges on a theory that post hacking, sharing and dissemination of emails could consider trafficking of stolen property. That's one of the most sort of fascinating areas of redaction where I think that's where Mueller lays out his specific reasoning on not thinking that the agreement and crime elements are met in the same place.
