Do you have any plan to stop the talaban from becoming like one of the most well armed small armies in the world. I don't have information on the e second part of the question, but get back to so there's no no us. Actions being taken to prevent equipment from falling into the hands of the talevan by destroying it, or ything else. Is it time to think of an answer?
