As medicine starts to professionalize, so it starts to have kind of guilds. We have three particular groups: apothecaries, surgeons and physicians. Apothecaries are more like pharmasies; they're seeing people and doing a bit of diagnosing as well. Doctors themselves have their own networks, and then they share things between them.
