Fedora - What Happened to the CFS Module?

Fedora is structured just thinking, you know, we're used to community run districts not wanting to tangle in some of these legal things. It reminds me of canonical's legal sort of being willing to step out on a limb or what some people thought of a limb with the adding the CFS module compiled. And it doesn't speak to Linux's ability to compete as a commercial desktop platform. If we can't even get past hurdles like this, and I acknowledge it's a tough spot.
