Is the Ba Cutting Rates in 2023 a Good Idea?
The inflation forecast, i mean, that's been increased aesn't it? To seven and a half %. So are they going hard enough? If we see that sort of path to the end of the year, there is a lot of questions about the credibility of the abe's fight against inflation with those forecasts. One way you could interpret that isa the peak of the ba cash rate is still uncertain. And we think two point ight five is % is still midly restrictive.
