Lancelin's Struggles So Far This Season Were Not Just Bad Luck

The biggest thing he'd struggled with in the first month and a half of the season was just giving up really bad quality of contact for 60 expected Wobon contact coming into tonight start. So it's one of those situations where it wasn't just bad luck, right, the first six weeks of the season or so when Lancelin was struggling. The average exit velocity was 87.6 so seems like kind of a mixed bag like he got a lot of soft contact but maybe gave up some hard contact in this one.
