The Short End of the Criminal Tax Fraud Trial
It took 16 months for the criminal tax fraud trial to get to trial. It seems like that would be short to me. He's going on trial in a few weeks downtown New York with the E. Gene Carroll defamation lawsuit. The one that's part of the calculus I think is Attorney General Leticia James's civil trial again, the family because under New York law, near federal law and criminal trials take precedence.
