Ahmad ibn Nasir al-Ku'za'i from the imams who rebelled against Al-Wathik because he was an innovator. Imam Ahmad praised him by saying he sacrificed his soul for a large part. So, this is a saying that it's permissible to do a hooruj on an oppressive Muslim leader or an innovators.
