The Risk of Russian Nuclear Use Is Growing
I think the risk of Russian nuclear use is increasing and I think it's being reflected in excuses Western governments, including the United States, are making for what we are not providing Ukraine. My nightmare scenario is that as the Russian army is pushed out of Ukrainian territory, Putin authorizes a nuclear strike on Kyiv to be able to say that Russia went there to affect regime change. They have affected regime change so the army can leave. So I actually disagree with Joe on this.
