The Importance of Learning Traditions
There's lots of learning traditions that we're a part of. The Confucian tradition says without learning the wise become foolish with learning, the foolish become wise. Martial arts, trade, artistic apprenticeships, business is, you know, the emphasis on a learning organization. And then maybe in terms of mechanisms, we're having a bigger effect in the learning department even with our hands on work than in the other department.
