If the direction is up today i want to be long and i want to put a stop behind that position as long as the direction continues to be up i'm either keeping the stop where it was or moving it in the direction of up. Fred Penny basically asked a a psych type question a trading psychology type question that is right in line with what you're saying but some of the questions are very similar.
