The Threat to Donald Trump
Donald Trump is awaiting criminal trial in New York if the charges aren't dismissed. How at all might that be discussed or come up with senior DOJ officials? I think he's going to bring his cases if he sees them and Joyce Epsley, right? We don't know where Smith is on this, but he'll just bring them when they're ready. There's no overlap between New York and the federal investigations.
