There's lots of areas in the human body that no matter what our training is, we cannot protect ourselves from injury. They're highly vulnerable. And if you know how to exploit them, this is like the Rosetta stone to self protection because it bypasses bigger, faster and stronger. I was just incredibly fortunate. There's approximately 70 areas of theHuman Body that show up in sports injury data. That's why it's worthwhile to look at those types of forces on a daily basis.
