Is She Really Going to Throw Down a Hundred Percent?

Putin is trying to signal his intransigence in the face of an arrest warrant issued for him just a couple of days ago. The question is, as Richard says, is she really going to throw down a hundred percent here? I think the thing to watch is whether China begins sending significant arms shipments to Russia.
